A sweet, slow moving flow class to wind down from the day. Moving from pose to pose with intention, building strength and flexibility along the way. A sweet yin finish with restorative type poses to help unwind and unravel the stress that comes from these crazy times. You will feel strong, warm and relaxed at the end of this flow.
