This slower style of yoga is aimed at building warmth in the body in order to create space and deep opening. Long, deep and delicious stretches are incorporated into this class, working on flexibility, releasing stress in the body, and cultivating body awareness. Still the mind, move slow and supported, and work out all stress and tension you're holding in the body.
