Begin slow on the mat, moving into a feel-good flow, and spending the majority of this extended class in supported, restorative yin. Enjoy this enhanced experience with the addition of massage and gentle healing touch. Together we will transform the idea of yoga touch from alignment-based to supportive, healing, and sensation-based, providing you with a new and comforting experience in your body. Essential oils and yoga props will be used to support you in releasing and letting go of tension and stress as you get back in touch with your body. Wear comfortable layers. Please advise us prior to class if you are sensitive to essential oils and we will accommodate you.
