CARMEN FISHER-OWNER

Carmen Fisher has been a part of the Brandon fitness community for the past 15 years. She is a certified instuctor of many fitness classes ranging from aquasize, spinning classes, aerobics, bootcamp classes and yoga. A certified Personal Fitness Trainer (from Mount Royal College in Calgary, AB), she attended a hot yoga class in 2006 and has been studying hot yoga ever since. She traveled to Toronto to study under Suzie Diaz at East to West yoga and received her first level hatha yoga instructor certificate (Yoga Exercise Specialist). In Dec 2011, Carmen traveled to Todos Santos, Mexico to train for 3 weeks at Yandara Yoga Institute. There she had an amazing experience, practicing and studying yoga and its origins.  In the spring of 2014 Carmen took a JOGA instructor training certification.  Now a registered E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), she is excited to continue to learn, expand and share her knowledge to her wonderful clients in Brandon.

TIFFANY GREEN​-MANAGER

Tiffany Green has considered yoga to be a very important part of her life over the past 8 years. Her practice has helped her to find a connection between the mind and body while gaining strength, flexibility and fearlessness both on and off the mat. The idea of teaching yoga first came to her while on vacation in Victoria, BC in November of 2012. She attended a yoga class and walked out of the studio with a feeling of ultimate bliss that she had never yet experienced in her life. In April 2017, Tiffany completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training (200-RYT) in Bali, Indonesia with Eoin Finn and the Blissology School of Yoga. She found this experience to be life changing and transformational in ways she never thought imaginable. During her training, she was inspired to create a life mission "to be unconditional love and kindness." Yoga and meditation have inspired her to live more mindfully, with increased awareness to live fully. Come join her at The Zen Zone for a practice that will leave you feeling connected, relaxed and with an improved sense of well-being.  

GAIL NYKOLIATION

Gail Nykoliation has been a certified fitness instructor since 2000.  She instructs a wide range of fitness classes including bootcamp, step, high intensity interval training, sports conditioning, dynamic stretch, circuit training, and Tabata.  She has completed training with CanFitPro, Manitoba Fitness Council, and Canadian Fitness Education Services.  In 2007, Gail went to her first class with Carmen at The Zen Zone.  As an avid runner, she quickly realized the tremendous benefits that yoga brought to her training.  Practicing yoga has provided her with much-needed balance and has shaved several minutes off of her race times.  Gail is a Workforce Consultant.  She is U of MB alumni with a B.Sc. in Environmental Soil Chemistry, and a Certified Six Sigma Business Statistician from the Ivey School of Business Center for Statistics in Industry.  She looks forward to seeing you alongside the other fabulous Zen Zone staff.

CHANTALLE CREPEELE

Chantalle took her very first yoga class at The Zen Zone in 2010. It didn't take long before a regular practice was an important part of her life. Chantalle began teaching Carmen's classic Warm Series at the studio. She completed a Yoga Fit certification and developed a deeper connection to her yoga practice while travelling to many countries around the world. In 2016, she began teaching consistently at The Zen Zone and took on flow and vinyasa styles as well. In 2018, Chantalle completed a Feelosophy training with Ashley Brodeur that focuses on safe and mindful hands-on touch in restorative yoga postures. In 2020, Chantalle completed her 200hr YTT through Aligned Yoga. Her favourite classes to teach are Power Flow and All the Feels. Chantalle is an elementary school teacher in the Brandon School Division and considers being both a teacher and instructor very valuable experiences. She hopes to see you in the studio soon to share her yoga practice with you!

JENN CAMPBELL

After going through some major life changes, Jenn started doing yoga and quickly saw the mental, physical & emotional benefits of the practice.  The more she did it the better she felt which fuelled her passion to learn more about this ancient practice.  She began reading and researching and then in November 2016 she went to Mexico and took her RYT200 certification at Yandara Yoga.  The training helped to deepen her own practice and also gave her the knowledge and confidence to share yoga with others.  Since her training, Jenn has been teaching at The Zen Zone and is excited to share her experience and love of yoga with you.

Yoga has been a part of Brooke's life since she was a teenager. She quickly fell in love with the physical aspects of yoga practice and over the years came to realize the mental benefits as well. When she lived in Winnipeg during her university years, she became an avid attendee of hot yoga classes and have been going to the Zen Zone since she moved to Brandon in 2013. Over the years, she has practiced and enjoyed many different styles of yoga! 5 years ago she set a goal for herself to one day become a certified yoga teacher and share her love of yoga with others! She recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Emily Therapeutics. "I truly believe that yoga is accessible and beneficial for all bodies. It is my goal to share my passion for yoga with as many people as possible. I can’t wait to begin teaching at the Zen Zone and meeting new yogis in our community!"
