NEW CLASSES TO TRY:
Superflow™ is an organic movement practice that blends yoga, tai chi movements, and a fluid body ocean flow. This Blissology inspired flow will explore embodied and fluid movement that will help us open up to the experience of the energy body, and to the fluid body. Our practice will begin with awareness of breath and gentle, fluid movement in the body. We will progress into a unique flow, connecting fluidity, grace and power. This joy body experience will include a heavy dose of mind-body connection, and play with both softness and fluid strength. It feels beautiful to move in this way to our bodies, our minds and our hearts. Let’s come together and fill our cups with joy, light and reverence for nature in this blissful ocean inspired flow. Monday Nov 25 @ 7-8 and Wednesday Dec 4 @ 5:30-6:30 with Tiffany.
Yoga Conditioning (for beginners) is a powerful, energetic and playful flow class. It will develop balance, strength, flexibility and concentration without leaving you feeling overwhelmed or confused. Modifications for postures will be given throughout the class making it a great class for beginners and advanced alike. Each class will include a breathing exercise, strengthening exercises for arms, legs and core, and sun salutations. We will also play with an intro to arm balance/prep work (always options) and end in a deep relaxing savasana. Hope to see you! GET IN TOUCH Workshop
Join Tiffany and Chantalle for an opportunity to really drop into your body. Begin slow on the mat, moving into a feel-good flow, and spending the majority of this extended class in supported, restorative yin. Enjoy this enhanced experience with the addition of massage and gentle healing touch. Together we will transform the idea of yoga touch from alignment-based to supportive, healing, and sensation-based, providing you with a new and comforting experience in your body. Essential oils and yoga props will be used to support you in releasing and letting go of tension and stress as you get back in touch with your body. Wear comfortable layers. Please advise us prior to class if you are sensitive to essential oils and we will accommodate you.
