The noon hour classes on Tuesdays are 40 min classes that target the core (abdominals, obliques and back). This yoga helps to develop better posture and a flatter stomach! Warm Tanga Tanga is an exciting new Yoga Series inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa that is new to The Zen Zone. Tanga is a quick-paced and challenging series that is highly addictive. There are different variations of the poses that we practice in warm yoga. The continuous movement of Tanga will not only work your muscles, it will also help to quiet your mind. This new 90 min series is performed in the warm Zen Zone Yoga studio, so don’t forget your towel and plenty of water. We are excited to introduce a new version of warm yoga at The Zen Zone! Flow Yoga A vinyasa flow style of
yoga that will get you out of your head and into your body. This dynamic
practice synchronizes breath with movement, aims to increase strength
and flexibility, and places an emphasis on alignment and an integration
of mind and body awareness. This class will energize the body and
quiet the mind. Practiced in room temperature, both the Wednesday
40 minute and the Saturday 60 minute classes are great for beginners,
but always provide the opportunity for increased challenge for the
advanced practitioner. |
