Warm Yoga

The 90 min class practices 34 different poses, that are linked together to provide the maximum benefit to the entire body. The noon hour classes on Tuesdays are 40 min classes that target the core (abdominals, obliques and back). This yoga helps to develop better posture and a flatter stomach! (The core yoga class counts as ½ a class)

Warm Tanga

Tanga is an exciting new Yoga Series inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa that is new to The Zen Zone. Tanga is a quick-paced and challenging series that is highly addictive. There are different variations of the poses that we practice in warm yoga. The continuous movement of Tanga will not only work your muscles, it will also help to quiet your mind. This new 90 min series is performed in the warm Zen Zone Yoga studio, so don’t forget your towel and plenty of water. We are excited to introduce a new version of warm yoga at The Zen Zone!

Things to know:

  • All classes are suitable for beginners and no previous yoga experience or degree of flexibility is required
  • Please advise the instructor of any health concerns or injuries prior to class
  • Bring a large bath towel and a yoga mat with you (I have great yoga mats for sale for $29!)
    Mats and towels can be rented for $1, there is water available to buy for $1.
  • Doors open 30 mins before class and lock when class is in session
  • Please come at least 15 mins before class as space is limited
