What is Hypnotherapy?
The advanced hypnotherapy process is a system that finds the cause of your problem. Once we find the cause of the problem I work with you to fix it permanently. Hypnotherapy/hypnosis is a heightened state of awareness. It quiets the conscious mind (monkey brain) and allows the powerful sub-conscious mind to guide you to the source of your problem. You will gain understanding and take full control over your behaviors, emotions and physical well-being.
During hypnotherapy/hypnosis, you are completely relaxed and able to intensely concentrate and focus with your super fast sub-conscious mind on a specific thought, memory, feeling or sensation and you are able to block out unwanted distractions. The healing power of the sub-conscious mind can be directed to specific areas of the body or to a particular mental problem for very powerful permanent healing. Many of the feelings or emotions we have as adults are routed in events and memories or things that we learned as children. We dealt with those feelings and emotions with a child’s mind. In our past, if someone said or did something that was negative and it was accepted by the sub-conscious mind, that negative feeling could grow very strong over time. These feelings can stay with a person for the rest of their life and may be the actual cause of different physical or mental issues and problems. It has been said that the chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken. What Happens During a Session
There are generally 2 sessions required for Hypnotherapy. I will get the background information necessary to pinpoint what we are trying to help you with and then we will get started. Sessions begin with a wonderful relaxation and then I will guide you to your solution. Sessions generally take about an hour, but the first session may take up to an hour and a half. Rates: $110/session (2 sessions within a week are advised)
The Myth of Hypnosis
Many people misunderstand hypnosis because of watching stage shows or TV. They think the hypnotist has control over the person. This is a total misconception! The person in hypnotherapy is only guided by the hypnotist. You are always in full control, will be able to remember the entire session, and can end the session whenever you wish. As a Certified Hypnotherapist I follow a strict code of ethics and all sessions are always completely confidential.
