An all levels vinyasa flow class practiced at room temperature. This style of yoga synchronizes the breath with movement – building strength, balance, flexibility, and a deep mind and body awareness. This class will energize your body and clear your mind! Please note that the Flow classes on Saturdays are now open to 12yrs +. We are excited to welcome the tweens/teens however, a reminder that we are a yoga studio, and yoga studio etiquette must be maintained. Please no disruptions or talking during class. (this will be monitored closely as we want the class to be enjoyable for everyone who attends)

Get ready to breathe deep and sweat it out while challenging your yoga practice! Please note our Power Flow on Wednesdays is a regular temp class for those of you who want to create your own heat! ;)
Studio Temp: 30°C The 75 min class practices 34 different poses, that are linked together to provide the maximum benefit to the entire body. Each pose warms and readies a part of the body for the following pose. This set series allows a chance to sink into some deeper stretches and really work on flexibility and strength and be able to really notice your progress. This series brings awareness and stability to weaker parts of the body that need to be strengthened for overall health. The warm yoga class offers a long set to focus on endurance, followed by a shorter set to work on strength and flexibility.
Studio Temp: 30°C The 75 min class is a similar series to our Warm Yoga Series, but changes up some of the poses with some different variations and some more dynamic postures. Warm 2.0 helps to target the weaker muscles in the body, so that the body as a whole becomes stronger and more resilient. This class has all the same wonderful benefits, but we will be approaching the poses a little bit differently. This class is not a more advanced version, it just adds a little variety to the poses that work so well together in the warm series! Spice up your Warm Yoga practice with Warm 2.0!
The Core Yoga class is a 40 min class (at lunch hour Tues/Thurs) or an hour class on Mondays at 6pm that targets the core (abdominals, obliques and back). This yoga helps to develop better posture and a flatter stomach! You typically will notice positive changes in your first class! Core yoga also helps to develop upper body strength with a strengthening vinyasa practice. A challenging but very rewarding yoga class! (The core yoga class at lunch hour counts as ½ a class)
Studio Temp: 30°C This class is aimed at building warmth in the body in order to create space and deep openings. Deep, slow, delicious stretches are incorporated into this class to work on deepening your flexibility, releasing stress in the body and cultivating greater body awareness, and stillness of the mind. Get ready to stretch and work out any tension and stiffness in your body! Absolute bliss. Please note that the yin class on Tuesday mornings (9:30-10:30) are targeted to those who are 55+ but all are invited to join.
This yoga class is a gentle class with only a handful of poses. These poses are supported by props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps) that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 mins or more restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. Restorative yoga disconnects you from daily life and slows down your mind. It soothes the nervous system by triggering the rest and relaxation response (parasympathetic nervous system) and encourages mindfulness. This 75/90 min class is like going to the spa, you will leave feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed! When you come please bring a blanket with you and dress warmly and comfortably. Because there is limited room in the class, please arrive early to ensure a spot.
