Studio Temp: 30C Our hips are home to stress and tension in our bodies, holding on to memories and experiences that may be holding you back. Hot Hips is a yin/yang balance between a full range, hip-opening flow paired with slower, sweet holds to release tension, allowing us to work deep into the fascia in a nice warm studio. Come away feeling full of mobility, renewed and relaxed.

This dynamic practice synchronizes the movement of the body with the rhythm of the breath – building strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. Get ready to breathe deep and sweat it out while challenging your yoga practice!
Studio Temp: 30°C The 60 min class practices 34 different poses, that are linked together to provide the maximum benefit to the entire body. Each pose warms and readies a part of the body for the following pose. This set series allows a chance to sink into some deeper stretches and really work on flexibility and strength and be able to really notice your progress. This series brings awareness and stability to weaker parts of the body that need to be strengthened for overall health. The warm yoga class offers a long set to focus on endurance, followed by a shorter set to work on strength and flexibility.
The Core Yoga class is a 40 min class (at lunch hour Tues/Thurs) or an hour class on Mondays at 6pm that targets the core (abdominals, obliques and back). This yoga helps to develop better posture and a flatter stomach! You typically will notice positive changes in your first class! Core yoga also helps to develop upper body strength with a strengthening vinyasa practice. A challenging but very rewarding yoga class! (The core yoga class at lunch hour counts as ½ a class)
Studio Temp: 27°C This class is aimed at building warmth in the body in order to create space and deep openings. Deep, slow, delicious stretches are incorporated into this class to work on deepening your flexibility, releasing stress in the body and cultivating greater body awareness, and stillness of the mind. Get ready to stretch and work out any tension and stiffness in your body! Absolute bliss. Please note that the yin class on Tuesday mornings (9:30-10:30) are targeted to those who are 55+ but all are invited to join.
This 90 min yoga class is a gentle class with only a handful of poses. These poses are supported by props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps) that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 mins or more restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds and gentle backbends. Restorative yoga disconnects you from daily life and slows down your mind. It soothes the nervous system by triggering the rest and relaxation response (parasympathetic nervous system) and encourages mindfulness. This 90 min class is like going to the spa, you will leave feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed! When you come please bring a blanket with you and dress warmly and comfortably. Because there is limited room in the class, please pre-register. Please note that we require 24 hours notice if you cannot attend as we typically have a waiting list for this popular class, otherwise you will be charged for the class.
In this mindful meditation class we will discuss tools to help facilitate and deepen your personal practice without judgement or expectation. We spend so much of our time doing, going and thinking. Throughout this practice, we can slow down, settle into our own space and experience simply being while witnessing whatever arises as we sit in this shared space. We will explore connecting with various subjects (breath, sound, sensation, emotion, pain etc) that will help guide your attention to the present moment while working through a combination of guided and silent meditation. This will allow your experience to stay embodied and your awareness to be focused. We will also incorporate yoga nidra in some of these sessions. This class is available to all levels with the option to sit or lay down. Bolsters, blankets and blocks will be supplied to help find a comfortable space for your meditation practice.

All The Feels
Prepare to experience all of the feelings in this 60 minute class. We start with a sun salutation warm up to create body heat and control the breath. Next we move into yoga cardio and bodyweight exercises to build strength using the body's power muscle groups. To finish, we find slow, sweet movements with the support of props and gentle hands on adjustments and massage. Class will close with a deserving savasana and essential oil adornment to help you melt into your mat. Feel strong and motivated. Feel soft and light. Feel good.
